At the summit, which was held for the 7th time this year and attended by XX students so far, training and workshops are offered in many different fields such as artificial intelligence technologies, application and game development. Software, one of the most important professions shaping the future, affects all business lines in today’s global world. The share of the software industry as described in 0.5 percent contribution to employment in Turkey in the coming years is expected to rise to higher levels. In line with the needs of increasingly digitalized world programmers, software supported and future in Turkey is becoming one of the bright areas. It is of great importance to start learning software from a young age, to gain experience in this field, to master it and to gain better job and life opportunities. Being aware of the need to train competent young people in the field of software, Hisar Schools have been bringing students together with the “Hisar Coding Summit” for 7 years in line with this purpose.

This year, software enthusiast students; It will meet the coding world thanks to the free and open trainings within the scope of “Hisar Coding Summit”. This year, the summit, which was held online due to the measures and attended by approximately 1,400 students, offers training and workshops in many different areas such as artificial intelligence technologies, application and game development. The most important feature of the trainings; taught by Hisar School students under the leadership of their teachers to strengthen peer solidarity. Before the summit, experts from the field this year from Turkey and the world will meet with students and will share their experiences with them.

The program of the event, which will be held online on 16-17-18 April 2021, will include rich content and speeches of experts in the field. Students will develop their analytical thinking skills with the trainings to be organized in three groups. Thanks to the trainings offered, students; They will be enabled to gain competence in a wide range of areas from website design to application and game development, from music coding to artificial intelligence. After the trainings, speakers from institutions such as Microsoft, Google, Stanford University, who are experts in their fields such as artificial intelligence, technology and human interaction, and the use of artificial intelligence in biology, will address the students at the “Hisar Coding Summit” event. GAME DEVELOPMENT WITH PYGAME
Pygame is a game development library written on Python. Thanks to Pygame, users will have the opportunity to develop both their own games and Python skills. In this training, games such as Rock Paper Scissors and Tetris will be developed using the Pygame library, and skills such as object-based programming will be added to the topics in the previous Python course.
MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT WITH THUNKABLE
Thunkable is a website that helps block-coding app development for iOS and Android. It is a good starting point for anyone interested in application development and coding.
IOS APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT WITH SWIFT
In the workshop, where design and coding will be handled together, students will gain insight into the basics of coding and application design with Swift. At the same time, students who will get to know the coding language used and developed by Apple will have the opportunity to create an application via Swift at the end of the workshop.
GAME DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT WITH UNITY

MUSIC PROGRAMMING WITH SONIC PI
Sonic Pi is a platform where you can create all kinds of music with coding down to the tiniest detail, and even can be used in live concerts. In this training, students will be able to learn coding while producing their own music, and at the end of the training, they will be able to make the computer compose by itself.
React Native is a mobile software framework created by Facebook. This system offers software development for IOS, Android, Apple TV, Apple Watch and many other systems at the same time with a single code language.

Autodesk Fusion360 is one of the computer-aided design programs used by many companies today. In this course, students will learn how to design a product using the two and three dimensional design features of the program.

Java is an important programming language that has been the most used and still popular for many years. In addition to these, it is an ideal language for those who want to start programming with its simple interface. In this training, firstly, with a simple introduction to Java, features, data types, methods and many other issues that every user should know will be discussed, and then students will be helped to develop their first games!
COMPUTER VIEW WITH OPENCV
OpenCV is a Python library mainly used for real-time image processing and computer vision. In this workshop, different methods and functions of the library will be examined and different usage areas and methods will be examined.
WEB SITE DESIGN WITH HTML AND CSS
In this workshop, training will be given about how to create websites that are frequently used in daily life by introducing HTML and CSS.
Artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, which have been at the center of research recently, will be entered with this workshop. Students will be able to learn the mathematics of machine learning concepts and create their own applications during the study.
